Christina Aguilera Says She Didn't Trash Talk Britney

Earlier this month published reports said that Christina Aguilera had alledgedly told a reporter that Britney Spears "had let herself go." The quote was gathered by Contact Music and also noted that Christina added that she hoped Brit would be content with just being a mom, because "she doubts she'll ever be a pop star again."

And Christina has now denied ever dissing Britney. She says the entire feud is fabricated.

"It's really sad to see that some tabloid magazines still have to manufacture ill will between Britney and me," Aguilera wrote in a statement posted on her Web site.
