Jessica Simpson is in Court Over a Clothing Endorsement Deal

Jessica Simpson played Daisy Duke in this year's movie remake of 1980 TV series Dukes of Hazzard. Daisy Duke has become slang for short, tight denim shorts.

A clothing manufacturer is suing Jessica for $100m over an endorsement deal gone bad, saying that she hasn't been wearing the clothes and has even publicly named another brand of jeans as her favorites. Jessica Simpson's representation denies all the claims made in the suit.
